Using Contic
These terms apply to the Contic application and its creative features. By using Contic, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application. The Privacy policy explains how information is processed; agreeing to these terms does not replace any separate permission requested for AI processing.
Your account
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access. Contic is not intended for children under 13; if you are a minor under the law where you live, use the service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
The service
Contic lets you create content from templates, prompts and uploaded materials. Available features, generation settings and credit costs are shown in the application. AI results can be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected. Review a result before publishing it or relying on it; generated content is not a substitute for professional advice.
Your inputs and generated content
You keep the rights you already hold in your inputs. You give Contic permission to store, process and transmit those inputs only as needed to provide the service you request. You must have the rights and permissions needed for uploaded content, including permission to use another person's likeness or voice where required. Do not submit confidential information you are not authorized to share.
Using your results
Contic does not claim ownership of your generated results. You may use and share them subject to applicable law, these terms and any restrictions shown for the feature you use. AI output may be similar to content created for other users. Contic cannot guarantee uniqueness, copyright protection, accuracy or freedom from third-party rights. You are responsible for checking whether your intended use is permitted.
Credits and generation requests
The application shows the credit cost before you submit a generation. Credits may be reserved while a request is processing, then settled when its outcome is known. If a request fails, the applicable reservation is released or reconciled; an interrupted connection alone does not mean the request failed. Making another result starts a new request and may use more credits. Credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
Plan credits and extra credits
Plan credits come with a subscription and end with each billing period; unused plan credits do not carry over to the next period. Extra credits, including top-up purchases and gifts, do not expire. Wallet shows both. The current offer and purchase confirmation state the amount and price of a purchase.
Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing period and price shown by your app store at purchase. Manage or cancel renewal in that store before the next billing date under its rules. Deleting Contic or your account does not cancel a store subscription. Top-up credit packs are separate one-time purchases. Refund requests follow the rules of the store that processed the purchase and any rights provided by applicable law. Refunded or reversed purchases may result in the corresponding credits or entitlement being removed.
Acceptable use
Do not use Contic for unlawful activity, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate content, threats, harassment, hateful abuse, fraud, deceptive impersonation, or content that infringes another person's rights. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service or evade usage and security controls. Reverse engineering restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by law. Content and accounts involved in misuse may be restricted or removed. Use the in-app reporting and support options to report a concern or ask us to review a restriction.
Availability and responsibility
Contic is provided as available. Generation times and results vary, and access can be affected by maintenance, network problems or service failures. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular result and are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Leaving Contic
You can delete your account in the app or through our website's Account Deletion page. Save any results you want to keep before deleting your account. Removal of personal information and stored content follows the Privacy policy. Manage any recurring subscription separately through your app store.
Changes and support
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version, and material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. For questions about these terms, purchases, account access or content, use Help & support in the app or email [email protected].
