Delete Account
Contic is an app by Astroshot Media. This page explains how to delete your Contic account, and what is deleted and kept when you do.
Delete in the app
- Open Contic and go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE and tap Delete my account.
Delete on the web
- Enter your Contic email and password in the form on this page.
- Confirm with Permanently Delete My Account.
Signed in with Google or Apple?
These accounts have no password, so the form on this page can't delete them.
Email [email protected] from your account's email address and ask us to delete your account. You don't need the app for this, though you can also delete your account there.
If you used Hide My Email with Apple, include that private address in your message. We may ask you to confirm the account is yours.
What is deleted
- Your profile
- Your generated results
- Your uploads
- Your remaining credits, including credits you bought
What is kept
- Purchase records held by the App Store and Google Play, under their own policies
- Copies you downloaded or shared outside Contic
- Support requests and content reports you sent us, and our records of store payment events, no longer linked to your account
When it is deleted
When your account is deleted, its account records are deleted at once. Stored files are removed within 30 days.
Delete with email and password
Warning: Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, generated results, uploads and remaining credits. This action cannot be undone.
Deleting Contic or your account does not cancel a store subscription. Manage it in the App Store or Google Play first.
